I am lost in grief and guilt today. 

I am a medical cannabis user who stopped using last week to prepare for oral surgery. I was in Reddit threads reading about cannabis withdrawals and someone suggested kratom for relief. Then I dreamt last night that people I knew were using kratom and I had to tell them how it took my friend from us. I have felt a dark cloud over me since and finally let myself cry today. Just needed to share with people who understand. 💔 She deserved another chance. -Anonymous
